If offered in your course (see syllabus for details), the replacement option allows you to replace one semester exam grade with the corresponding section of the final exam.

• It can only help your grade.
• Only one exam grade can be replaced.
• If you have a zero due to an unexcused absence, that is the grade that will be replaced.
• The replacement option on the final exam will be done offline.
• Your original exam grade in Canvas will not change.

It can only help your grade. The replacement option on the Final Exam will be checked offline.  Your original exam grade in Canvas will not change.
