In order to request an excused absence, you must submit your documentation online at https://forms.as.uky.edu/general-chemistry-excused-absences.

• When asked, you need to select “Lab” and answer the questions regarding any experiment and assignments that you missed.

• If you do not have an excused absence from lab, then you cannot make up a missed lab.
  • We do however, drop your lowest experiment grade at the end of the semester for both CHE 111 and 113.

All make-up labs will be held the last week of classes.
