CHE 103, 105, 107, 109, 110, 111, and 113

• Students who have a received a final grade (A, B, C, D, E, W, F, XE, or XF) in two previous attempts must petition to register for the class for a third time.  The petition form is available here.
  • It also counts as an attempt if you were enrolled in a CHE 1xx course and switched to CHE 185 or 187 during the semester.
• Students must
  • download or print the petition.
  • complete an Integrated Success Coaching session and have them sign the form;
  • discuss the petition with their academic advisor and get their signature;
  • and send a copy of your petition to assoul2@uky.edu and include at least three times you are available to meet (i.e. Monday after noon, Tuesday, 10-3, etc). All times should be during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm). 
• I will follow-up and schedule a meeting with you to discuss your petition.
• Information about how to schedule an in-person Integrated Success Coaching session is available at https://www.uky.edu/iscoach/
• If the petition is approved, the student will receive an override into the course.
