Do I have to memorize the procedures we did for the lab exams?

No, you are not expected to memorize the procedures you performed in lab. Memorizing doesn’t show me what you have learned, it just shows how much you can memorize.

  • For example, I’m more concerned that you understand why we need to standardize the concentration of NaOH rather than the buttons you need to press on the MeasureNet workstation to start the experiment.

You are expected to know the common polyatomic ions and how to apply them to determine a chemical formula. You are also expected to know the solubility rules and be able to apply them.
