Submit your documentation to chemistry@uky.edu or to JSB 261A for lecture courses and to the lab supervisor for lab courses who will discuss how your accommodations will be handled. Documentation should NOT be submitted to your instructor or TA.

Watch your UK email for information. Some students with exam accommodations will take the exams in Department of Chemistry spaces while others will take them at the DRC. This is determined based on each individual student’s accommodations.

Letters should be submitted as soon as possible but at least one week before the exam. We cannot guarantee that all accommodations can be met for letters submitted after this time.
